Driver Age
The minimum driver’s age is 21 years. There is no upper age limit, provided that the driver's license is valid.
Driver’s License
Drivers must hold a full and valid license for at least 3 years with no major endorsements. Also, a valid ID card or passport would be required at time of pick up.The USA, Canada and Australia and EU driving license holder can drive on their domestic license.An International Driver’s License (IDL) is mandatory. if the domestic license is not in English.
The following documents are mandatory at the time of vehicle pick up: Passport, Driving License and a valid Credit Card. All the documents must be in the name of main driver***The main driver is the one who signs the contract.
Insurance Coverage
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
It is included in your rental amount.
Collision damage waiver reduces the customer’s damage responsibility to the excess/deductible amount.
The excess amount for CDW depends on the vehicle groups from USD 700 to USD 1100.
Theft Waiver (THW)
It is included in your rental amount. It reduces the client's financial responsibility for loss or theft to the vehicle to the sum of the deductible.
The excess amount for THW depends on the vehicle groups from USD 700 to USD 1100.
Third Party Liability Insurance (TPL)
It is included in your rental amount. Insurance coverage for the vehicle rented includes Third Party Liability with a limited cover for personal injuries and material damages.
We do not accept third-party insurances. However, we will provide the necessary documentation in the event of any damage, so that the customer can file a claim with their own insurance.
Please note that in case of any incident, police report must be provided.
Excess Reduction
In the event of an accident, Super Collision Damage Waiver (Super CDW) reduces your excess amount to ZERO.The price of Super CDW varies according to the vehicle groups starting from USD 30 to USD 60 per day.If the renter opts for SCDW, a refundable deposit of USD 300 to 400 will be held on the credit card.Super CDW is optional and can be purchased at the rental desk. Fees
Airport surcharge is included in the rental amount.You are responsible for the cost of any parking fines and other penalties incurred whilst the vehicle is contracted to you. The rental office will pass the relevant fine on to you plus an administration fee (applicable).
Breakdown Assistance
We do offer assistance. It’s free if the assistance is within the Amman city. However, there will be charges for assistance outside of Amman city.
Fuel Policy
You have to return the vehicle with same fuel amount as it was supplied to you at the time of pickup. In case of less fuel missing fuel will be charged in addition to a refueling fee on your return. Unused fuel is not refundable. Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated. Supplier's fuel policies change from time to time, please confirm at rental counter.

Cross border Travel
Cross border travel is not allowed.
Tax Rate
Tax is included in the rental price. However, for all the optional extras or special equipment, or extra services, tax would be levied separately.
Payment Methods and Deposit
Rental payment can be made through Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Cash and debit cards.
For Deposit Credit card is mandatory and must be in the main renter's name while paying at the rental desk..
Deposit
A refundable deposit varying from USD 700 to USD 1100 (depending on the vehicle group) will be held from the credit card until the car is returned.
Delivery and collection
Delivery and collection service is available for an additional charge varying from USD 22 to USD 42 within Amman City.
Out of Hours
Out of hours service is available with an extra charge of 22 USD per pickup and drop off.
Grace Period
For vehicle pick up:
1 hour of grace period is allowed.
After the grace period booking will be considered as Cancelled.
For vehicle return:
1 hour of grace period is allowed. After the grace period extra one day rental will apply.
Extras
Confirmation of Special Equipments depends upon the availability at the rental desk.
