Driver Age
The minimum driver’s age is 21 years and the maximum driver’s age is 85 years.
Driver’s License
Drivers must hold a full and valid license for at least 3 years with no major endorsements. Also, a valid ID card or passport would be required
at time of pick up.
The USA, Canada and Australia driving license holder can drive on their domestic license.
An International Driver’s License (IDL) is mandatory. International driver license must be accompanied by the original domestic license of
the driver.
The following documents are mandatory at the time of vehicle pick up: Passport, Driving License and a valid Credit Card. All the documents
must be in the name of main driver*.
**The main driver is the one who signs the contract.
Insurance Coverage
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
It is included in your rental amount.
Collision damage waiver reduces the customer’s damage responsibility to the excess/deductible amount.
The excess amount for CDW depends on the vehicle groups:
The maximum excess amount for mini, economy, compact, compact elite, intermediate and standard vehicle groups is USD 1400.
The maximum excess amount for premium and special vehicle groups is USD 2000.
Theft Waiver (THW)
It is included in your rental amount. It reduces the client's financial responsibility for loss or theft to the vehicle to the sum of the deductible.
The excess amount for THW depends on the vehicle groups:
The maximum excess amount for mini, economy, compact, compact elite, intermediate, full size and standard vehicle groups is USD 1400.
The maximum excess amount for premium and special vehicle groups is USD 2000.
Third Party Liability Insurance (TPL)
It is included in your rental amount. Insurance coverage for the vehicle rented includes Third Party Liability with a limited cover for personal
injuries and
material damages.
Excess Reduction
In the event of an accident, Super Collision Damage Waiver (Super CDW) reduces your excess amount to ZERO.
The price of Super CDW varies according to the vehicle groups which are as follows:
USD 50 per day - For mini, economy, compact, compact elite, intermediate, full size and standard vehicle groups.
USD 70 per day - For premium and special vehicle groups.
If the renter opts for SCDW, a refundable deposit of USD 300 will be held on the credit card.
Super CDW is optional and can be purchased at the rental desk. For more information please check at the rental desk.
Fees
Airport surcharge is included in the rental amount.
You are responsible for the cost of any parking fines and other penalties incurred whilst the vehicle is contracted to you. The rental office
will pass the
relevant fine on to you plus an administration fee (applicable).
Breakdown Assistance
Breakdown assistance is included for all rentals. If breakdown is required due to customers’ fault, then an additional charge varying from
USD 20 to USD 150 (depending on the location) will apply. Relevant contact details and roadside assistance procedures will be given prior
to the commencement of the hire.
Fuel Policy
You have to return the vehicle with same fuel amount as it was supplied to you at the time of pickup. In case of less fuel missing fuel will
be charged in addition to a refueling fee on your return. Unused fuel is not refundable. Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk unless
otherwise stated. Supplier's fuel policies change from time to time, please confirm at rental counter.
Mileage
Unlimited
Cross border Travel
Cross border travel is not allowed.
In case of offence against Cross Border and Territorial Restrictions all protections lose their validity.
Tax Rate
Tax is included in the rental price. However, for all the optional extras or special equipment, or extra services, tax would be levied separately.
Payment Methods and Deposit
Only Master Card and Visa credit cards are accepted and must be in the main renter's name while paying at the rental desk.
Cash, pre-paid cards and Debit Card are not accepted.
Deposit
A refundable deposit varying from USD 500 to USD 750 (depending on the vehicle group) will be held from the credit card until the car is
returned.
Delivery and collection
Delivery and collection service is available for an additional charge varying from USD 20 per service to USD 100 per service (depending on
the location).
Out of Hours
Out of hours service is not available.
Grace Period
for vehicle pick up:
2 hours of grace period is allowed. After the grace period booking will be considered as Cancelled.
for vehicle return:
2 hours of grace period is allowed. After the grace period extra one day rental will apply.
Extras
Confirmation of Special Equipments depends upon the availability at the rental desk.
